Shadow Moses, or …
Shadow Moses, or the FOXHOUND Rebellion, happened in February of 2005, game time. The tanker incident occured on August 8th, 2007, with the Big Shell incident happening two years later, April 29 & 30, 2009. So if this was to fit in, chronologically, It would have happened before they discovered MG Ray.
I got this all from MGWiki, so it could be off, but Im pretty sure this can be confermed dates.

I think Bishop is Otacon. Probably they didn’t use the name due to copyright issues. His acting ain’t good but acceptable! And for God’s sakes! Shawdow moses was 2004! if the storys correct then there should be, shadow moses was ether year 1995 or 2000, and at that time the nanomachines where being in prototype and in 2005 rydain was in a simulation of the JD program, then as described in number 4, the solders of the world were hooked to the system immidiatly after the big shell when rydain destroyed JD, the patriots released the nanomachines to the biggest buyers.

I still can’t …
I still can’t believe with such a small budget Hive Division was able to deliver the goods. This is an inspiration for me because once I will sell my two scripts to an agent I will make at least a 300,000 low budget film in California. Hive Division as one of my inspiration short film. Thank you guys. Keep up the hard work. I can’t wait to see what’s next.

He does seem to be …
He does seem to be overacting, but since this is a Metal Gear movie I’m going to assume that it’s intentional. He really does come across like your typical MGS support character. Also, I think he’s acting like an actor because the character plans to betray Snake later.

That Harrison Bishop guy is awful, hes a really bad actor. Not to mention he has a weird and annoying voice and seems like he is trying almost too hard to act well.
